二、视觉布局简图、应用原理
方案动作 ：电芯卷绕完成后上料至检测位，相机轴上下移动，E4O4接收编码器信号，于设定点给出信号触发相机进行飞拍。由腾讯视觉算法进行多图像拟合，进行瑕疵检测。设定点即所需拍照位置，飞拍次数取决于卷绕层数。现在阶段实际节拍在44秒12件，平均3.6秒/件
